Toronto Community Housing approves record investments in capital repairs for Q1 2015 Residents of more than 335 Toronto Community Housing buildings across the city will benefit from record investments in repairs to their homes starting early next year following the approval today of budgeted commitments for $61.5 million in planned capital projects to begin in the first three months of 2015 alone.
